Quantinuum is hiring a research software engineer to work on the compilation of fault-tolerant quantum software for the next generation of quantum computers.
Quantum software relies on quantum error correction. We are upgrading our TKET compiler to automate this process, and seek your help. As part of our Cambridge-based compiler team, you will contribute to our quantum compilation toolchain, focusing on implementing fault-tolerant protocols within the compiler. You will stay informed about the latest research on quantum error correction codes, fault-tolerant circuit design, and quantum compilation methods, while also conducting original research. Collaboration with scientists and engineers across Quantinuum will be key to integrating expertise into high-quality software for our team and customers.
