Research Site Operations Administrator - Permanent Position

The Company

Eisai is a leading research-based pharmaceutical organization with an extensive portfolio across Oncology, Neurology, and Pain therapy areas.

Your new role

As a Research Site Operations Administrator, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Director and the Research Site Operations team.
  • Managing and improving administration systems and processes.
  • Facilitating meetings: booking rooms, sending invites, and taking minutes.
  • Logging and acting as a point of contact for helpdesk tickets for the HRL facility, ensuring timely completion and feedback.
  • Becoming the subject matter expert for RSO in the One trust system, Maximo, SAP, and Ariba systems.
  • Acting as a link between scientific staff, Business Effectiveness, and EEL Finance regarding purchasing and goods receipting.
  • Participating in ‘Special Projects’ as required.
  • This is a permanent, part-time position (4 hours a day, 5 days a week).

What are we looking for?

  • GCSE level education, with A levels or equivalent advantageous.
  • Training in office administration or strong administrative background.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Good time management and self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work well within a small team and communicate effectively at various levels, including external suppliers and senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
