As one of the largest NHS Trusts in the West Midlands, we are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred research that improves health outcomes across the region and beyond. You’ll play a pivotal role in bringing ground-breaking treatments and innovations to the patients who need them most.

We thrive on diversity and believe it is a strength that drives innovation, ideas, and debate. We warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds. Together, we’re building an inclusive culture where everyone belongs and can thrive.

Whilst we embrace innovation and new ways of working, the use of AI tools in completing applications is monitored to ensure transparency and fairness.

This allows us to understand how AI is being utilised and to maintain an equitable review process. Failure to disclose the use of AI tools may result in disqualification or further investigation into your application.

As a Research Nurse, you’ll support the delivery of the clinical trials portfolio, working alongside multidisciplinary teams, principal investigators, and patients. You’ll ensure studies are conducted safely, ethically, and in line with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards.
