Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Design and facilitate customised surveys targeting specialised topics and populations
2. Compile reports of survey data for clients
3. Navigate survey requests with complex requirements and client-specific preferences
4. Establish and build strong working relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients

An ideal candidate will have the following:

1. 1-3 years of market research and survey design experience, including experience with online survey platforms
2. Experience collaborating with team members in a high-throughput, deadline-driven, process-oriented, client-servicing environment
3. Ability to manage multiple survey projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency to the client
4. Familiarity with various industry areas, including Healthcare, Technology, Business Services, Consumer Goods, and Energy
5. Research experience with questionnaire and survey writing/programming, with familiarity with Decipher, Qualtrics, etc., is a benefit
6. Experience analyzing results and communicating survey findings to stakeholders
7. Experience with statistical techniques
8. Strong writing, logical, interaction, oral, and organizational skills
9. Proven ability to work in a rigorous, fast-moving environment
10. Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
11. Strong problem-solving skills
12. Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
13. Full professional proficiency in English

After 12-24 months of consistent high-quality delivery and relationship management, Senior Survey Associates typically progress to Survey Manager roles, where they manage their own client portfolios and increase account responsibilities.
