What you will do

• Lead the development of our foundation model training on huge proprietary datasets
• Experiment with new methods and ideas to improve the model’s core capabilities
• Evaluate and improve the performance of our models on a variety of use cases
• Develop tools to facilitate data and modeling iteration
• Work together with other scientists, engineers, and product teams to ship new applications of our foundation model

About you

• Hands-on experience with large language models
• Design complex software and make it usable in production
• Strong scientific track record in a field of science
• Team-player, self-starter and autonomous
• Collaborative with a team-player mindset

And ideally:

• Worked with large-scale deep learning systems in production
• Published extensively in top-tier ML conferences
• Experience in and appetite for working in small, rapidly growing teams or companies
