Job summary

SLB Cambridge Research is offering a 12-month Research Scientist Intern position starting Summer 2027 within the Electrochemical technologies programme focused on sustainable water management. You will join a team tackling sensing and measurement, electrochemical reactors, interfacial science, membrane technology and materials chemistry.

The role involves hands-on experimental work, data collection and analysis, and presenting results, with guidance from career scientists and other interns

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Chemical handling and laboratory experience.
• Basic data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Sample preparation and measurement with analytical chemical techniques (e.g. NMR, ICP, SEM, XPS).
• Data collection, processing and interpretation.
• Experimental execution / development / debugging.
• Reporting and presentation of results.
