Research Scientist (Biology) - AI Trainer

Job Title: Research Scientist (AI and Biology)

We are seeking a research scientist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Expertise in biology is preferred; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is advantageous. Relevant fields include Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, inductive/deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
2. Assess the quality of AI models for correctness and performance.
