Job summary

System1, based in London, is seeking a Research Project Coordinator to join the Research and Guidance team. The role focuses on timely and accurate delivery of data projects to meet client expectations.

You will learn System1 tools, coordinate resources, and own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines while collaborating with sales and clients.

About the role?

• The role will be part of our Research and Guidance team based in London. As a Research Coordinator, you will be expected to learn and become an expert in our System1 tools and systems, responsible for timely & accurate delivery of data projects to ensure client expectations are met.
• Key responsibilities include:
  • Partner with Sales and clients to confirm accurate project inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure all materials are received on time.
  • Coordinate resources and workflows to ensure projects follow agreed processes and operational standards.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned research projects , collaborating closely with Project Management to keep timelines, milestones, and quality on track.
  • Conduct systematic data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reports.
  • Deliver final reports on time to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring outputs meet agreed specifications and quality standards.

You need to have the following experience:
