Job summary

System1 Group is seeking a Research Project Coordinator for a 5-month FTC in London. You will join the Research and Guidance team and ensure timely, accurate delivery of data projects that meet client expectations.

You will partner with Sales and clients, coordinate resources, own end-to-end delivery, perform data quality checks, and deliver final reports on time, upholding System1's standards.

Qualifications

• Strong academic qualifications, preferably in marketing, psychology or business.
• Excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and clients to confirm accurate project inputs and ensure all materials are received on time.
• When resources are available, coordinate workflows to follow agreed processes and standards.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned research projects, collaborating with Project Management to keep timelines and quality on track.
• Conduct systematic data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports.
• Deliver final reports on time to internal stakeholders and clients meeting agreed specifications.

About the role?

• The role will be part of our Research and Guidance team based in London. As a Research Coordinator, you will be expected to learn and become an expert in our System1 tools and systems, responsible for timely & accurate delivery of data projects to ensure client expectations are met.
• Key responsibilities include:
  • Partner with Sales and clients to confirm accurate project inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure all materials are received on time.
  • Coordinate resources and workflows to ensure projects follow agreed processes and operational standards.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned research projects, collaborating closely with Project Management to keep timelines, milestones, and quality on track.
  • Conduct systematic data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reports.
  • Deliver final reports on time to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring outputs meet agreed specifications and quality standards.

• Strong academic qualifications, preferably in areas relevant to our business (marketing, psychology, business)
