Overview

We have an opportunity for a Research Project Administrator to support the administrative functions across the projects and programmes at IMPACT: The Centre for Post-Collision Research, Innovation and Translation. The role will include administering meetings, travel arrangements, committee work, event planning and organisation, project administration support and updating and maintaining communications across multiple platforms. Where opportunities arise, it will input into data collection to support the production of reports and communications, seeking to improve the administrative processes around these tasks where necessary. Research focussed administration will include supporting the preparation and submission process of ethics applications and journal publication submissions.

Responsibilities
  • Administer meetings, travel arrangements, committee work, event planning and organisation, and project administration support.
  • Update and maintain communications across multiple platforms; input into data collection to support reports and communications; improve administrative processes where necessary.
  • Support preparation and submission processes for ethics applications and journal publication submissions.
  • Provide excellent customer support to the centre\'s internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Utilise standard IT packages and social media to communicate with a range of audiences.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Demonstrable experience of strong administrative duties.
  • Excellent working knowledge of standard IT packages and social media.
