In this pivotal Analyst-level role, you’ll report directly to theInsights Capability Transformation Directorand play a critical part in shaping how we understand and engage with consumers worldwide. From coordinating new research initiatives to overseeing project governance and managing global research budgets, your work will ensure our insights engine runs with precision, integrity, and impact.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Driving the effective organisation of the Global and Regional Consumer Research Advisory Board(s) (CRAB), including the initial set-up of these governance forums, live facilitation of sessions, coordination and distribution of forum materials (input and output), tracking and monitoring key forum decisions/actions, ensuring attendance of required individuals etc.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for providing necessary information/briefings to all CRAB attendees (including non-regular attendees), ensuring attendees have sufficient awareness and knowledge of CRAB processes to facilitate effective cooperation
  • Maintaining a global Consumer Research database, which tracks the status, cost, topic etc of both current and historic consumer research projects
  • Monitoring and tracking the high-level status of all engagements with strategic 3rd party suppliers research agencies)
  • Monitoring, tracking and updating the global Consumer Research budget, providing both regular and ad hoc updates to Global Insights LT and flagging risks where necessary
  • Proposing, developing and helping to implement new governance measures/controls relating to Consumer Research to ensure the Insights organisation remains transparent, accountable, responsible and consumer-centric

Skills and Experience Required

  • Educated to degree level in relevant field
  • Experience in Consumer Research; sector experience across FMCG
  • Experience in project management and/or governance management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; highly collaborative
  • Eligibility to work in the UK throughout the period of employement
