Amazon Studios Global Research Operations is seeking a Research Operations Manager, EU, to support our consumer insights growth.

Key job responsibilities

• Support programming, QA, sampling, and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages
• Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers across global panels to support translation tasks and processes
• Develop a deep understanding of our partners' research needs and create impactful testing strategies
• Drive excellence in customer engagement and retention policies

About the team

The Amazon Studios Global Research Operations team:

• Develops secure, online survey testing strategies across 14 international panels
• Leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates
• Creates customer-obsessed solutions for testing strategies
• Develops visual reporting tools for cross-team stakeholders
• Partners with multiple teams to analyze customer data

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in professional non-internship marketing
• Experience using data and metrics to improve processes
• Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables)
• Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in multi-territory campaign management
• Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and processes
