We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the Mortuary Team as a Trainee Anatomical Pathology Technologist.

This vacancy has been advertised in accordance with the new NHS pay rate, effective from autumn 2024. Please note, if your employment begins before the 24/25 pay scales are implemented, you will be paid under the 23/24 pay scales, and any backpay will be adjusted accordingly. Main duties of the job

We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will assist with receiving and releasing patients at the mortuary and support post-mortem examinations. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to develop a career as an Anatomical Pathology Technologist within an NHS mortuary.

Applicants must be willing to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Anatomical Pathology. Full on-the-job training will be provided.
