Research Nurse

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated senior research nurse to oversee respiratory trials, with a focus on interstitial lung disease. The successful applicant will work on a variety of studies, and will work alongside the multidisciplinary team in order to manage the care of patients enrolled onto these trials.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will be a UK registered nurse, have a minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical research, and ideally have some knowledge of interstitial lung disease. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential and a flexible working approach is a key element to this role.

The successful candidate will be supported by a hardworking and motivated team of respiratory consultants and respiratory nurses. The post is a fixed term contract to cov er maternity leave.

  • Registered Nurse Part 1, 2 or relevant section of the register
  • Completed/completing Masters Degree or modules at MSc level
Experience
  • Post registration experience in same specialty
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills.
