Knowledge, Skills & Training
  • Registered health practitioner
  • Relevant full Masters degree or demonstrable extensive equivalent experience in the relevant specialty
  • Evidence of recent evidence-based professional development in an up-to-date portfolio demonstrating leadership, education, and service development achievements, including links to national work and standards
  • Registered non-medical prescriber (if professionally appropriate)
  • Clear and demonstrable evidence of advanced, autonomous practice in the management of patients/service users
  • Learning and Assessing in Practice Qualification or equivalent practice assessors training
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Trust’s strategies

  • Evidence of effective leadership and risk management skills
