Knowledge, Skills & Training
- Registered health practitioner
- Relevant full Masters degree or demonstrable extensive equivalent experience in the relevant specialty
- Evidence of recent evidence-based professional development in an up-to-date portfolio demonstrating leadership, education, and service development achievements, including links to national work and standards
- Registered non-medical prescriber (if professionally appropriate)
- Clear and demonstrable evidence of advanced, autonomous practice in the management of patients/service users
- Learning and Assessing in Practice Qualification or equivalent practice assessors training
- Knowledge and understanding of the Trust’s strategies
Job Specific Experience
- Evidence of effective leadership and risk management skills
- Evidence of relevant leadership in meeting clinical governance objectives
- Evidence of proactive involvement in the supervision and development of multidisciplinary team members and demonstrating changes of practice through these
- Evidence of education and training in practice
- Evidence of involvement in developing care programs, protocols, and audits
