Job Description:

The Role

You will have the opportunity to work on both quantitative and qualitative projects, from inception to completion. Projects will focus on environment, energy, regulation, financial services, and employment and welfare sectors.

Key duties include:

  • Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of results
  • Liaising with clients to update them and understand their research needs
  • Designing research programmes aligned with client briefs
  • Writing proposals and attending pitches to secure new business
  • Creating questionnaires and discussion guides to collect information
  • Checking data and conducting analysis to extract key insights
  • Writing reports and presenting findings to clients

The Candidate

  • Experience working in a research agency, enabling you to adapt quickly to this environment
  • Passion and experience in the social and public sector, allowing you to understand client needs and project types rapidly
  • Proficiency in quantitative research methods
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills to build relationships and deliver high-quality research and insights
