Are you a quant researcher who loves turning complex data into sharp, story-driven insights? Looking to work on high-impact B2B projects with some of the biggest names in tech?

We're seeking an experienced Research Manager or Senior Research Manager to lead bespoke quant projects (including some qual), from proposal to presentation.

You’ll collaborate with well-known tech brands on thought leadership, brand, and ad testing studies. This role involves ad hoc work, not trackers.

Responsibilities include:

• Own end-to-end delivery of research projects
• Lead proposal writing, questionnaire design, and fieldwork setup
• Work closely with clients to uncover meaningful insights
• Present findings clearly and confidently
• Collaborate with in-house operations (no scripting or data processing required)

Requirements include:

• Solid experience in a market research agency (B2B experience is a plus). Agency and client-side experience are both acceptable. Client-side only candidates are also considered if relevant sector experience is present.
• Comfortable leading client calls and crafting compelling narratives
• Proficient with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and an interest in AI tools is a bonus
• Consultative mindset and storytelling skills

The team consists of 13 researchers within a company of over 30 employees. The culture is positive and supportive, with room to grow as more junior hires join.
