Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Manager or Senior Research Manager to lead bespoke quantitative projects, with some qualitative work, from proposal to presentation. This role offers a very competitive salary plus bonus, with a hybrid working model requiring 2 days per week in the Thames Valley office.

In this position, you will work closely with well-known tech brands on high-impact B2B projects, focusing on thought leadership, brand, and ad testing studies—no trackers, all ad hoc work.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning end-to-end delivery of research projects
• Leading proposal writing, questionnaire design, and fieldwork setup
• Collaborating with clients to uncover meaningful insights
• Presenting findings clearly and confidently
• Working with in-house operations (no scripting or data processing required)

Requirements:

• Experience in a market research agency, preferably with B2B exposure. Agency and client-side experience are both acceptable, especially if relevant to the sector.
• Ability to lead client calls and craft compelling narratives
• Proficiency with tools like Excel and PowerPoint; interest in AI tools is a bonus
• Consultative mindset and strong storytelling skills
• Ability to work within a tight-knit team of 13 in a company of over 30 employees
