Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Research Manager or Senior Research Manager to lead bespoke quantitative projects, with some qualitative work, from proposal to presentation.

This role offers a very competitive salary plus bonus, with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days per week in the Thames Valley office.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning end-to-end delivery of ad hoc research projects
• Leading proposal writing, questionnaire design, and fieldwork setup
• Collaborating with clients to uncover meaningful insights
• Presenting findings clearly and confidently
• Working alongside in-house operations (no scripting or data processing required)

Ideal candidates will have:

• Solid experience in a market research agency, preferably with B2B focus; agency or client-side experience is acceptable
• Ability to lead client calls and craft compelling narratives
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and an interest in AI tools is a plus
• A consultative mindset and storytelling skills
• Comfort working within a small, supportive team of 13 in a company of over 30 employees
