A big part of your work will be advising clients who use the self-serve product, ensuring their surveys are well-designed, their launches run smoothly, and their results are robust and actionable.
You’ll manage client calls, troubleshoot issues with the engineering team, feed back to product on improvements, and help grow accounts by identifying opportunities. There’s also the chance to line manage more junior researchers as the offer scales.
Typical projects include brand tracking, ad and campaign testing, multi-market B2C studies, and bespoke ad hoc research.
