LOCATION: London - 2 days a week in the office

KEY DUTIES

1. Design effective questionnaires, conduct insightful interviews, and facilitate focus groups with confidence and expertise.
2. Generate in-depth, publishable reports and deliver impactful, client-focused presentations of research findings.
3. Oversee multiple projects efficiently, ensuring clear team communication, prioritization, and proactive client engagement.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. Previous experience of project management, client management and delegating where appropriate.
2. Previous experience in the social/public sector is essential.
3. Prior experience ensuring accuracy in questionnaire scripts and data outputs.
