Job Description:

The Role

The emphasis of the job will be to manage quantitative (and some qualitative if you have qualitative experience) local and international projects and lead and support others on the project from proposal to debrief.

  • Involve in account management / business development - liaising with clients regularly.
  • Responsible for proposal writing, managing domestic and international projects, and directing the analysis process to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Recommend research/methodology approaches to best answer clients' business questions and meet their requirements.
  • Ensure all outputs to the client are of the highest standard, within deadlines and budget.
  • Write the final DP specification, code frame, and ensure tables are set out appropriately and accurately.

You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have an excellent understanding of pharmaceutical market research methodologies with a minimum of 4 years research experience.
  • Ideally have experience in new business development and the ability to work at a more senior level.
  • Have excellent client management skills.
  • Be an expert in ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative market research techniques (open to candidates with 100% quantitative experience).
  • Be able to motivate, develop, and coach team members.
