Job summary

Research Partnership, part of Inizio Ignite, is seeking a seasoned market research professional to join its Healthcare team in London. You will manage multiple projects, present insights to clients, and contribute to proposals and new work streams.

Ideally you will have at least four years in healthcare market research, strong communication, and a passion for using emerging technologies such as AI to deliver insights that matter to clients and patients.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in market research with healthcare experience.
• Appreciation of marketing / client-side issues.
• Passionate about working with emerging technologies (including AI) to deliver insights for clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4 to 5 projects at a time to meet objectives and be the client contact.
• Prepare and present the majority of client presentations.
• Support senior management in training and management of junior staff.
• Help write proposals brought in by the directors and implement the project you will then run daily.

About the team:

The Research Partnership Custom research team partners with global pharmaceutical and biotech clients to enable them to solve marketing, brand, advertising and communications problems through a mixture of innovative qualitative and quantitative market research techniques.

The team is not split into silos by client or therapy area, so you will be empowered to develop broad expertise across the healthcare landscape and will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of expert senior researchers and gain exposure to the full suite of research tools and techniques covered by the team.

Your primary role:

• Your responsibilities will include managing 4 to 5 projects at a time to meet objectives, whilst being an important point of contact for the clients
• You will prepare and present the majority of client presentations
• You will support senior management in training and management of junior staff
• You will also help write proposals brought in by the directors and implement the project that you will then run on a daily basis

Further information:

This is a full-time role, working in a hybrid pattern (2 days per week in the office) at our fantastic HQ location in Holborn. This role is also available on a remote working pattern (1-2 days per month in London)
