Job description

Inizio Ignite is the global advisory partner for health and life sciences, encompassing connected expertise across Research Partnership, Putnam, Vynamic, and STEM. Guided by purpose, passion, and precision, we collaborate with clients to ignite impact, accelerate performance, and deliver lasting change for patients. By uniting strategy, insights, and innovation with a unique depth and breadth of expertise, we drive transformation and shape the future of health.

Our Research Partnership healthcare market research team provides research and insights to inform and power healthcare decisions. Serving a variety of clients across the lifecycle, our expertise includes data, research & insights (proprietary syndicated and custom research) and brand tracking (ATU). Proudly part of Inizio – the market-leading commercialization partner for health and life sciences. From early-stage development to loss of exclusivity, we simplify complexity, unlock value, and make collaboration seamless at every pivotal moment – supporting confident, insight-driven decisions that move innovation forward.

About the team:

Our Major Tracking Programs team partners with global pharmaceutical clients to run large-scale longitudinal brand tracking programs, such as Ignite, using innovative quantitative research to understand brand performance, customer engagement and the drivers of future prescribing.

The Major Tracking Programs team is part of our Europe Custom Research division and works closely with Operations, Analytics and Data to deliver high-quality outputs. The team uses innovative methods, including AI tools, to turn complex data into actionable client recommendations.

The programs run monthly, quarterly or biannually depending on scope, and cover multiple markets and therapy areas. Each therapy area has its own project team, while the central team coordinates questionnaires, input, deliverables, dashboards and automation to ensure consistency and efficiency across the program.

This Associate Director role sits within our Europe Custom Research team and reports into the Program Director. It focuses on leading the central delivery of our major quantitative brand tracking programs, ensuring that client needs are translated into clear specifications, accurate outputs and timely deliverables across multiple waves of research.

Your primary role:
  • You will oversee major brand tracking programs with the Program Director Lead, keeping scope, cadence, quality and priorities aligned across each wave of research.
  • You will liaise directly with the central client teams, central TA leads and internal RP teams, capturing changes, agreeing actions and keeping the program on track.
  • You will partner with the project teams to ensure they are delivering against the overall program objectives and reporting timelines.
  • You will lead the central workflow from questionnaire review and input collection through coding, tab specs, data production, dashboard updates and automated report generation.
  • You will manage external vendors and offshore teams to deliver a high volume of reports and outputs to a consistently high standard and on time.
  • You will run training sessions for junior and mid-level staff to build capability across tracking, reporting, dashboards and workshops.
  • You will act as a TA subject-matter expert, developing and delivering clear presentations and workshops and ensuring smooth cross-team coordination.
  • You will line-manage, mentor and guide at least one direct report, supporting their professional development, career progression and ongoing motivation.
About You…
Your skills and experience:
  • At least 7 years of experience in primary quantitative market research within healthcare, ideally with major tracking or syndicated programs.
  • Demonstrable experience managing major quantitative programs, including dashboard outputs, reporting workflows and multi-wave delivery.
  • Significant experience managing projects autonomously and building client relationships across the full research lifecycle.
  • Expertise in long-term planning across multiple waves and multiple markets.
  • Experience collaborating with teams across geographies, including offshore teams.
  • Exposure to innovative methods, including AI and automation in market research, would be preferred.
  • Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills with clients and internal team members.
Ideal profile:
  • You are proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude.
  • You demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • You are a collaborative team player who works well with colleagues
  • You communicate ideas and issues in an effective, straightforward fashion.
  • You can manage and balance both internal and external expectations at senior and junior levels.
  • You are highly motivated and want to seize opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career
  • You have a strong efficiency-driven mindset and are always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
