Continuing opportunity for a Research Funding Assistant (Post Award) to join the Division of Research and Innovation.

Are you passionate about supporting research excellence? We are seeking a Research Funding Assistant (Post Award) to provide high-quality administrative support for post-award research management.

You will play a key role in ensuring efficient and effective post-award research administration. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate corporate records related to University research activities.

During peak periods, you may also assist with the pre-award submission of research funding applications.

To be successful you will need :

  • Demonstrated experience in office practices, standard office software packages, email and retrieving information from websites.
  • Demonstrated experience with data entry and use of databases.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain work accuracy.
