Background

This role involves creating and contributing to knowledge through activities within the Local Government Research Culture project with Sandwell Health Determinants Research Collaborative. You will work with the Principal Investigator, Dr. Jason Lowther, to examine research culture in local authorities in England. The project includes a literature review, analysis of recent research, and interviews with other councils.

The School of Government is vibrant, with strong research and teaching, providing resources to support research, impact, and engagement activities. It is one of the UK's largest Schools of Government, with over 90 academic staff, 1,500 students, and 70 doctoral researchers.
