Job summary

Queen’s University Belfast is seeking a Research Fellow to contribute to high-quality, impactful research within a dynamic academic environment. The post involves independent and collaborative research, developing outputs of international quality, and supporting funded projects.

You will design and conduct studies, collect and analyse data, prepare publications for peer-reviewed journals, contribute to funding proposals, and engage with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PhD in Education, Social Sciences or closely related field is essential.
• Strong track record of research outputs and publications.
• Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Undertake independent and collaborative research to advance project milestones.
• Design and conduct studies and collect/analyze qualitative and/or quantitative data.
• Prepare publications for peer-reviewed journals and contribute to funding proposals.
• Engage with stakeholders and external collaborators as appropriate.
• Mentor junior researchers and disseminate findings through conferences and policy engagement.
