Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).

Nord Anglia Education – the world’s leading private schools organisation, is recruiting a Research Executive. You will join the Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) team at our London HQ.

London serves as our global headquarters, with 200 colleagues across Finance, Risk, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, MAC, and Education, supporting over 80 schools in more than 30 countries. In the role of Research Executive, you will be responsible for our global research agenda, utilizing insights to enhance the MAC function's commercial value. You will manage annual global research projects and ad-hoc initiatives, adapting swiftly to business needs worldwide and delivering valuable insights.

You will act as a trusted advisor to school, regional, and central colleagues, helping the organization understand research data, connecting various research streams to provide comprehensive insights.

You will develop and implement strategies to optimize product fit in each market, oversee the quality and consistency of research projects, select research partners, and develop new methodologies to ensure each project is fit for purpose and maximizes value.

The Role

As Research Executive, your main focus will be to:

  • Support the Senior Manager of Global Research with daily operations of key market research surveys.
  • Develop and deliver research and insight projects to understand key drivers, improve family satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with MAC, Education, HR, schools, and regional teams to provide effective insights and modeling, including:
  • Conduct high-quality primary market research (quantitative and qualitative).
  • Work with analysts to integrate data sources such as macroeconomics and market trends.
  • Manage FXI, our global customer experience program, including:
  • Setting up and distributing surveys.
  • Assisting schools in survey communication to maximize responses.
  • Analyzing and reporting survey data to identify key insights.
  • Contribute to evolving the program to include teacher and student surveys.
  • Coordinate with research partners to deliver global research projects like Market Share, Mystery Shopping, and Brand Research.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess
  • Degree-level education.
  • Experience in market research, with skills in both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Experience managing large-scale customer research projects in service or commercial environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data from multiple sources critically.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, including recommendations and high-level summaries.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and reporting; experience with Qualtrics, Power BI is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, with an interest in storytelling through research results.
