A leading research agency in Cardiff is seeking a Quant / Qual Research Executive to work on mixed method projects for diverse clients, including government bodies and public organizations. The role offers hybrid working with ample opportunities for development, including involvement in quant design and qualitative moderation. Candidates should have a grounding in research methods and good project management skills. You will play a crucial role in designing research instruments and analyzing results.

Quant / Qual Research Executive - £Excellent + Benefits

Hybrid working (3 days in Cardiff)

Excellent opportunity to join an established and successful research agency in Cardiff (hybrid working) where you will have the opportunity to work on mixed method projects for a range of clients including government bodies and public organisations. You’ll enjoy working on a range of projects including helping clients develop polices, assessing advertising and communications campaigns, customer satisfaction and product development.

Keen to hear from candidates around Research Executive level, with a grounding in Quant and Qual methods. As you develop your experience within the business, you with have ample scope to get involved in both quant design and qualitative moderation and interviewing. You will benefit from the support of a Senior team of Directors who will ensure you are fully supported in your role. More specifically you’ll get involved in:

• Designing questionnaires and discussion guides
• Managing projects on a day to day basis
• Carry out qual fieldwork including moderating focus groups and conducting depth interviews
• Analysing results
• Support colleagues with proposal development
• Contribute ideas for business development
• Monitor project costs to keep budgets on track

The role will be offered on a hybrid working basis with 3 days a week in the Cardiff office.
