About The Role
Do you want to work with a diverse range of innovative customers whilst developing your technical and customer focused skills? Working within the Engineering Services Team, you'll have the opportunity to support a wide variety of projects. You'll work with diverse customers who will range from established Small & Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) and start-ups, scale-ups and everything in between. Making this a great way to build up your technical and customer skills, industry knowledge and support services.
What we do
We work extensively with SMEs to help them get ideas to market in the best possible way through three key principles:
Engage - be in the right place
You'll be working on many different projects with a wide variety of customers from a variety of industries. So, an ability to adapt your approach, an openness to learning and willingness to build your capabilities and experience. An engineering product design background or qualifications would really help you in this role. You'll be working with business owners, entrepreneurs and inventors directly:
It's what you can do in the future, alongside us, that we care about most. We're looking for somebody that can join our customers on their journeys and take them to the right places, in lots of ways. This could be developing hardware, implementing services, designing digital systems, creating media or business development.
