ElevenLabs is hiring a Research Engineer to join the research team. You will work on the frontier of audio AI, training state-of-the-art models and improving data quality through post-training, data curation, and architectural enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI with focus on implementing, training, and improving machine learning models.
• Ability to autonomously evaluate novel concepts and enhance existing projects.
• Experience conducting exploratory research to improve data quality.

Responsibilities

• Train state-of-the-art models across modalities.
• Perform post-training improvements, data curation, and architectural tweaks.
• Design rigorous benchmarks and evaluations to justify model improvements.
