Job summary

Une entreprise innovante spécialisée dans les technologies de capteurs recherche un Ingénieur de Recherche pour un contrat à durée déterminée de 12 mois. Le candidat idéal contribuera à l'amélioration du design des cellules de gaz et à la validation des capteurs tout en travaillant sur des missions de recherche et de production. Il exige un diplôme en science ou en ingénierie et des compétences en conception expérimentale, ainsi que des connaissances en électronique de base et en analyse de données.

Qualifications

• Diplôme en science/ingénierie requis.
• Expérience en design d'équipement scientifique souhaitée.
• Capable d'obtenir une habilitation de sécurité pour les projets militaires.

Responsibilities

• Gérer le projet de recherche complet en suivant le processus de recherche d'Analox.
• Identifier les éléments clés de conception pour le transfert vers la fabrication.
• Démontrer les résultats de la recherche aux clients internes et externes.

Job Purpose/Summary:

Improve gas cell design and sealing to manufacture alcohol vapour filled IR absorption calls with stable fill pressures. Validate performance of these improved design gas cells within a Gas Filter Correlation sensor.

Main Responsibilities/Key Tasks:

• Following the Analox research process, manage research project from definition through to completion of the work.
• Identify key design elements and processes that must be maintained when transferred through to successful manufacturing of product designs.
• Identify suppliers and partners in supply chain and manufacturing as required.
• Demonstrate the research outcomes:
  
  • To the design team so that the product can be productionised.
  • To internal and external customers in the form of presentations and papers.
• Keep records of all research activities so that they can be readily picked up again in the future.
• Support design team in productionising research outcomes.
• Implement improvement in the research process through measurable performance indicators
