We’re working with a leading global market research consultancy that partners with some of the biggest names in the pharmaceutical industry. They’re looking for a Director to lead major brand tracking research programs—a key role within their European Custom Research division.

This company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, data-driven insights that help shape branding, advertising, and strategic decision-making in healthcare.

In this role, you’ll be leading multi-market, multi-wave tracking programs worth around $5 million annually. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure research is delivered on time, on scope, and to the highest standard. You’ll also collaborate with analytics, operations, and data teams, while mentoring mid-to-senior-level staff to ensure best practices across projects.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in quantitative market research within healthcare, ideally with a focus on brand tracking or syndicated studies. Strong project leadership, client management, and long-term research planning skills are a must, and experience with AI-driven insights would be a bonus.

In return, this company offers a collaborative and innovative work culture, with benefits including:
– 30 days’ holiday + your birthday off
– Private healthcare & enhanced parental leave
– Hybrid working (2 days in London) or fully remote (1 office day/month)
