Research Director Position at London-based Quant Team

We’re seeking a Research Director to join our vibrant, ambitious, and friendly London-based quant team. In this role, you will:

1. Own key account relationships by understanding client priorities and needs.
2. Ensure the quality of our work as a gatekeeper.
3. Engage in project activities, including shaping questionnaires, analyzing data, and delivering debriefs.
4. Write compelling proposals and design bespoke research solutions.
5. Proactively grow existing accounts.
6. Develop and mentor junior team members to drive their progression.
