Responsibilities

• Pack and dispatch limited quantity samples to customers

• Manage finished products and raw materials for customer samples and R&D
• Maintain inventory records for the R&D chemical stores
• Conduct benchtop blends and assess material performance
• Perform experimental work following R&D protocols
• Test and evaluate raw materials and competitor products
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Assist with quality assurance issues
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports
• Participate in project reviews with the Laboratory Manager
• Support Production and Quality Control departments
