Job summary

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Research Support Assistant (Temporary Benefited) to provide essential administrative and research support to a busy research team, helping ensure studies run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role you will enter and organize data, assist with data management and basic descriptive statistics, coordinate study documentation, and collaborate with researchers to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and the equivalent of one year full-time experience in data management or
• High School Diploma and the equivalent of two years full-time experience in data management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical, administrative, and general office support within a research setting
• Enter, organize, and maintain research data with a high level of accuracy
• Assist with data management activities and basic descriptive statistical analysis
• Support research teams with study documentation and project coordination
• Assist with research protocol submissions, renewals, and related documentation
• Maintain records, files, and reports to support ongoing research activities
• Communicate and collaborate with researchers, staff, and other stakeholders
• Help ensure research projects remain organized, compliant, and on schedule
