Job summary

University of East Anglia (Norwich Medical School) is seeking a Research Associate to join the Inclusion Diversity and Equality of Access (IDEA) Team. You will contribute to the research programme, analyse and interpret data, and present progress and outcomes.

A graduate-level qualification or equivalent experience is required, with strong communication and teamwork skills. The full-time, fixed-term role runs from 1 October 2026 to 31 August 2027, with flexible working options including hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Research Associate to jointhe Inclusion Diversity and Equality of Access (IDEA) Team in the Norwich Medical School.

As a Research Associate youwill contribute to the research programme, analyse and interpret data, write up results and present information on research progress and outcomes.

Youwill have a graduatelevel qualification, equivalent qualification or experience and be able to work in a proactive and results driven manner in a high paced environment. You Will also have stronginterpersonaland communicationskills, the ability to analyse and interpret data and work effectively as part of a team. Advanced skills directlyrelating to this research area and previousresearch experiencewouldbe advantageous.

This full-timepost is available from 1 October 2026 on afixed-term basis to 31 August 2027.
