Job summary

Third Bridge Group is a fast-paced research firm that fuels investor decisions with expert insights. You will work with Sector Analysts to craft interview questions and recruit industry leaders for 1:1 sessions, helping clients access critical knowledge.

You’ll grow commercially and technically, with progression to analyst or leadership roles within two years. Benefits include a base salary of £36,500, potential over £40,000 in year one, uncapped bonus, health and travel perks, and 30+ holidays

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with Sector Analysts– Work closely with our Sector Analysts to help in developing insightful questions for expert interviews.

Recruit Industry Experts– Engage with senior executives and industry leaders, securing the most relevant experts for our Sector Analysts to conduct in-depth 1:1 interviews.

Drive Client Impact– Help to uncover critical insights by arranging Sector Analyst expert interviewsthat inform smarter, faster investment decisions.

Tackle Complex Projects– Research sectors, identify key catalysts, and source the right experts to provide essential information for our clients.

Grow and Innovate– Develop your sales, negotiation, and research skills, while contributing to new strategies that drive success for both you and the company.
