The University of Manchester is seeking a Research Associate in Bioinformatics to support a major initiative in cancer detection. We are seeking a Research Associate in Bioinformatics to support a five-year, £5m multidisciplinary initiative aimed at identifying immune-related biomarkers for early cancer detection.
The programme is part of the International Alliance for Cancer Early Detection, a £50m global partnership between CRUK, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, The University of Manchester, DKFZ, University College London, Knight Cancer Institute at OHSU, and The University of Cambridge. The position is funded by Cancer Research UK (CRUK) Manchester Centre, established in 2013 and recognized as a 'Major Centre' in 2015.
