The School of Mathematics invites applications for a 0.12 FTE research associate position in Applied Mathematics to work with Dr. Xiaocheng Shang on an EPSRC-funded project titled "Machine Learning Assisted Diagnosis of Acute Compartment Syndrome via a Web Application." The position is available for 10 months, starting between May and June 2025, with some flexibility.
The successful candidate will join the Statistics and Data Science group, comprising 16 staff and numerous postgraduate and postdoctoral researchers, known for mentoring early-career researchers.
