Job DescriptionYour responsibilities include the following:- Execute transient transfection experiments in mammalian cell systems (CHO, HEK293 etc.)
- Monitor cell growth and viability; maintain cell cultures under aseptic conditions
- Perform DNA preparations to generate high-quality plasmid material suitable for mammalian cell transfection
- Carry out basic antibody quantification and characterization (e.g., ELISA, SDS-PAGE, UV absorbance)
- Maintain detailed experimental records and contribute to documentation of results
- Coordinate with other teams to plan production based on reagent needs
- Support lab maintenance and ordering of consumables
- Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced research environment

Our expectations:- BSc or MSc in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
- 2+ years of industrial hands-on lab experience with mammalian cell culture and protein expression preferred
- Familiarity with aseptic technique and basic analytical methods such as ELISA and SDS-PAGE
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic research team
