Your responsibilities include the following:

• Execute transient transfection experiments in mammalian cell systems (CHO, HEK293 etc.)
• Monitor cell growth and viability; maintain cell cultures under aseptic conditions
• Perform DNA preparations to generate high-quality plasmid material suitable for mammalian cell transfection
• Carry out basic antibody quantification and characterization (e.g., ELISA, SDS-PAGE, UV absorbance)
• Maintain detailed experimental records and contribute to documentation of results
• Coordinate with other teams to plan production based on reagent needs
• Support lab maintenance and ordering of consumables
• Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced research environment

Our expectations:

• BSc or MSc in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
• 2+ years of industrial hands-on lab experience with mammalian cell culture and protein expression preferred
• Familiarity with aseptic technique and basic analytical methods such as ELISA and SDS-PAGE
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new techniques
