Job summary

The University of Nottingham is inviting applications for a Research Assistant to join the EDI Hub+ funded project in the School of Psychology. The role focuses on addressing systemic barriers in reasonable adjustments for neurodivergent postgraduate researchers, including surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder liaison.

We expect knowledge of neurodiversity, experience in analysing research data, and developing research skills in psychology.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience of neurodiversity.
• Experience analysing qualitative or quantitative research data.
• Developing research skills in Psychology or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct research activities, including surveys and focus groups.
• Liaise with stakeholder groups to co-develop materials and resources.
• Contribute to creating practical guidance to improve inclusive practice.
