Loughborough University seeks a Research Assistant for AI-Enabled Energy Analytics for NHS Estates (VITALS). The role focuses on preparing energy data, applying time-series analysis, clustering and machine-learning methods to understand hospital energy use patterns, and communicating findings to NHS estates stakeholders.

Competenze

• Degree in data science, computer science, engineering, applied mathematics, energy, or related field.
• Experience using Python or equivalent to analyse time-series data.
• Ability to document findings, communicate clearly and collaborate effectively.
• Willing to follow information-security and research-integrity requirements.

Mansioni

• Prepare and quality-check half-hourly energy data.
• Assist with time-series analysis, clustering and machine-learning methods.
• Evaluate and document results for NHS estates stakeholders.
• Support data integration and reproducible coding.
