A prominent educational institution in Pontypridd seeks a candidate to support a project focused on stakeholder engagement and simulation development for social housing challenges. The role involves coordinating fieldwork, facilitating interviews, and contributing to the design of training content. Candidates should be adept in maintaining collaborative relationships and managing documentation, while ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
The core activities for this project will be:
Liaise with stakeholders across the social housing and related sectors to gather insights, support co?production, and maintain strong collaborative relationships.
Coordinate and conduct fieldwork, including interviews and focus groups, to inform scenario
development and training content.
Support the design and development of simulation scenarios that reflect real-world challenges
faced by frontline housing staff.
Ensure the smooth running of the co-production process, facilitating interviews and maintaining
clear communication between academic and sector partners. Contribute to the evaluation framework, including developing tools, collecting data, and analysing
feedback to assess the impact and effectiveness of the training.
Assist with preparing reports, briefings, and outputs for internal and external audiences, including
project updates and dissemination materials.
Support funding applications and documentation, contributing relevant evidence and insights from
the project.
Help coordinate logistics for simulation sessions and stakeholder events, including scheduling,
participant communication, and materials preparation.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all project activities in line with ethical and data
protection requirements.
Work collaboratively with academic colleagues, simulation centre staff, and partner
organisations to ensure the project delivers on its objectives and timelines.
