The Role:

This role will be working within the Employment, Welfare & Skills team.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership credentials and proven research and evaluation skills. The ideal candidate would be interested in working on a range of research and evaluation projects and have experience delivering large, multi-strand projects – with experience of mixed-method designs including process and impact evaluations (including quasi-experimental and RCT designs) for relevant clients in this sector.

About you:

This role will suit candidates who enjoy working closely with clients, often delivering at a fast pace.

• Business leadership skills – well established network of connections, client and partner relationships within central government agencies
• Commercially astute, a strong business developer with a growth mindset – demonstrable experience of business generation with ability to open new opportunities to diversify portfolio of work and lead on bids and proposals
• Track record of delivering research and evaluation projects within Employment, Welfare and Skills-related policy areas.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering high quality research and evaluation studies for UK Government clients.
• Experience of Good knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative (i.e. mixed method) approaches to evaluation problems and experience of designing and delivering process and impact evaluations including quasi-experimental and RCT designs
