Role Overview:

Seeking an R&D Technician to join a vibrant, multidisciplinary team in a multinational organization. The role involves active laboratory work focusing on testing and developing new medical devices and analytical test methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing based on established methods.
• Test materials/products following documentation and quality systems.
• Accurately record data and maintain records per Good Laboratory Practices.
• Manage testing programs ensuring protocol adherence.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling/storage of inspection and test materials and equipment.
• Ensure availability of materials, chemicals, and equipment for testing.
• Develop new test methods and perform testing as required by the R&D Manager.
• Follow relevant health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Document and report test activities and results.
• Occasionally train staff and support other departments.
• Participate in meetings and maintain good interdepartmental communication.
• Keep training records up to date.

Candidate Profile:

• Basic knowledge of project work and deadlines.
• Understanding of product development procedures and processes.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO13485/EN4600/FDA quality systems.
