Role Overview:

Seeking an R&D Technician to join a vibrant team. The role involves laboratory testing, development of medical devices, and analytical methods.

Responsibilities:

• Perform testing according to established methods.
• Record data accurately following Good Laboratory Practices.
• Manage testing programs and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Maintain equipment and materials in optimal condition.
• Develop new test methods and perform additional testing as needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Document results and prepare reports.
• Train staff and support other departments as needed.
• Participate in meetings and ensure communication between departments.

Candidate Profile:

• Knowledge of project work and deadlines.
• Understanding of product development and quality systems (GMP/ISO13485/FDA).
• Knowledge of test procedures and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Educated to A-level in science or engineering or equivalent.
