Our Staffordshire based client develops a range of inorganic products; they are currently recruiting for a R&D Scientist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a range of projects encompassing raw material processing, product development, customer support, and product evaluation.

This is a hands-on role. Additional duties will include:

• Working as a part of the technical team, developing new approaches and new products for applications and development purposes.
• Playing an active role in scale-up, technical support, and problem-solving exercises.
• Accurately documenting procedures relating to laboratory and development activities.
• Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with quality and H&S standards.

Applications are invited from candidates with a BSc in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Engineering, together with previous suitable skills and experience.

This is a permanent role offering an attractive salary depending on skills and experience.
