What You Will Do

1. Lead cross-functional projects with multi-stakeholder requirements, ensuring collaborative and innovative strategies are developed and executed.
2. Coordinate work across multiple projects, meeting deadlines with high attention to detail.
3. Utilize organizational and communication skills to liaise across teams and partners.
4. Prepare formal documentation adhering to standards, managing confidential information with GDPR compliance.
5. Leverage government funding to accelerate R&D projects, collaborating with industry and academia.
6. Operate independently, demonstrating self-motivation and responsiveness.

What You Will Bring

1. Proven experience in business planning or project management within a cross-functional environment.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with enterprise systems like SAP.
3. Experience in planning and coordinating multiple projects to meet deadlines.
4. Involvement in government-funded collaborative R&D projects (e.g., Innovate UK, EU) is preferred.
5. Qualification at Level / HND, with a background in accountancy, audit, or regulated finance being advantageous.
