We are seeking a talented Research & Development Manager for a role based in Greater Manchester. This position involves leading research and development initiatives, driving product innovation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will oversee the product development process, optimize performance, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize efficiency and return on investment.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of façade materials, including aluminium, steel, glass, timber, and plastics.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, testing standards, and building codes.
• EU work permit required.
